Recently I went thrifting for some fall clothes at Avenue Thrift store located at 6101 Georgia Ave NW, Washington DC… Millennials love to find fashion inspiration from generations in the past and make it their own by combining it with recent trends. My favorite fashion era was the late 90’s and early 2000’s. Therefore, I wanted to share some pieces I picked up that represent some of these early styles.

Levi’s Suede Sheepskin Jacket ($20)– This oversized Levi’s jacket is perfect for the fall time, and sheepskin has definitely made a comeback. I am so into this jacket because it gives me throwback vibes, and since its oversized it is perfect for layering. I would most likely pair this jacket with high wasted jeans and a pair of sneakers on a casual day.

Worthington Black Boots ($15)– I have been wanting some late 90’s heels like these for a minute and I am so stoked that I found these. These badass boots can make any outfit go from 0-100. For the fall, I’ll most likely match them with an all-black outfit and my hair slicked back to give off Charlie’s Angles vibes.

Ambiance Green Lace off the Shoulder Top ($7)– This top honestly speaks for itself. The cut off the top gives it a sexy look with extra shoulder exposure. I would match this top with some boot cut jeans and black booties or open toed heels for a bolder look. This top embodies my late 90’s obsession and makes me feel like Halle Berry LOL.

Homage Blue Hoodie ($4)- Basic pick up right here. I needed another cropped hoodie in my closet that wasn’t overpriced. And since I have long arms I went straight to the men’s section and found an oversized sweater that I could cut right above the kangaroo pouch. Super perfect for the fall when it’s chilly but still warm enough to show some skin.
